Is the Huawei ban finally over?

The U.S. Commerce Department announced it would begin approving licenses for some of the companies to resume business with Chinese tech giant Huawei. After a monthslong freeze on many transactions between U.S. tech companies and Huawei, these approvals could offer a reprieve for hardware and software providers alike. While only a select number of U.S. companies will receive a license, this easing of tensions could signal an improvement in trade talks between the U.S. and China. It seems the end of the Huawei ban may finally be near.
