Learn How HDI’s Support Center Certification Transformed Vertex’s Customer Support Approach and Raised the Strategic Value of Their Support Center

In 2020, Vertex’s Support Center team partnered with HDI – virtually – to guide them on how to become a world-class support organization and a more valuable asset to their organization. While helping Vertex to track the right metrics, HDI more importantly added a critical layer of expert insights and consultative guidance enabling Vertex to integrate the customer data they were managing in with other critical departments across the organization. By doing so, the Vertex Support Center became a key contributor to business decisions and they are now taking on an ambitious project to consolidate and streamline global operations – leaning on the principles they learned from HDI.
