Dom Newton

Dom Newton is a privacy and information assurance specialist with a ten-year track record of designing and implementing policy and assurance frameworks to protect commercial and personal data.

With experience across the voluntary, financial services and IT sectors, Newton has a strong understanding of operational risk across all areas, and I bring the ability to communicate privacy, information security and risk management as a critical requirement in terms that will achieve buy-in at the highest level.

Newton has managed stakeholders from front line social care staff to board members, and successfully moved from the voluntary to financial services sector in 2014, reporting at Executive level. He is now global Privacy Officer at NTT Security, leading GDPR preparedness work as part of the Global CISO team.
