PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

UNDP was undertaking a strategic digital transformation of its information systems to improve the execution of its humanitarian mission, while also facing increasing threats from hacktivists, cybercriminals and national intelligence programs targeting the United Nations. To address this threat, the UNDP cybersecurity unit undertook a project to improve its cyber-incident response capabilities to support the digital transformation, improve employee cybersecurity awareness and transform the cybersecurity unit to world class status. It achieved these objectives with a limited budget and human resources.
