Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Automation and Control Solutions – 00075936 DescriptionThe Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Automation and Control Solutions (ACS) division of Honeywell will play a key role in global security communications, strategies, and governance of plans to ACS sites across the globe. As a member of the ACS IT leadership team, this position reports directly to the VP & CSO of Honeywell Global Security and indirectly to the VP & CIO of ACS. This position will provide insight into emerging security opportunities and challenges globally, while working to position Information security as a value generator within the business. The CISO for ACS will set both immediate and long range security strategies based upon the unique characteristics of the ACS business. The CISO works closely with the Chief Security Officer of ACS to provide comprehensive security support to the ACS business. The CISO for ACS will oversee annual budget planning as it relates to the pursuance of security initiatives within ACS and must assist in growing the business through an uncompromising commitment to Information Security as it relates to business assurance. QualificationsBasic Qualifications· BS/BA degree with focus on Information Technology· Minimum of 8 years IT Security related experience in enterprise organizations Key Skills and Experiences· International assignment or related experience preferred.· Experience in both application and infrastructure security· Minimum of 5 years as CIRT member (computer incident response teams).· Previous IT Security forensic and investigation experience preferred.· Must have proven history of security policy development with global impact.· Must have at least three years of IT Security experience directly related to the process associated with mergers and acquisitions.· Experience in developing and executing Security Risk Assessments and Risk Management in a global organization.· Experience working closely with industry and federal standards/organizations such as Sarbanes Oxley, HIPPA, Department of Homeland Security, & C-TPAT.· Proven background in Information Security leadership with a large organization and with global responsibilities.· Experience managing global budgets and resources in a matrixed environment. · Global experience running or supporting Security Infrastructure Operations· Physical security experience a plus. · Prior experience working in a matrix organization is a strong plus Key Behaviors ·Gets Results: Proven ability to drive security processes, remediation, and standards within a complex business environment while maintaining business assurance. · Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others; Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various people and organizations in an effort to develop win/win results·Leadership Impact: Ability to conceptualize and communicate business IT Security needs; Strategic Leadership abilities; Ability to set clear expectations & goals and hold people accountable to them.·Effective Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to interact well at all levels of the organization·Integrative Thinker: Proven business case development (ROI) skills required; Must be able to maintain the careful balances of “business need vs. unacceptable risk” and “cost vs. security benefit”. Additional Qualifications· U.S. Citizen· CISSP required; GIAC & CISM strongly recommended.· Green Belt and DFSS certification a plus.· DoD, NRC, or DOE clearances a plus.
