Our systems help reduce the need for clients to make significant capital investments in operations infrastructure, thereby allowing them to increase their focus on core business activities. The successful Chief Information Security Officer: -Manages company-wide information and data security policies and systems. -Develops, implements and monitors long-term information security strategies. -Ensures that the company meets all mandated security standards. -Provides security-related vision, leadership, and strategy required for the company’s continued market place presence and success.-Manages the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines to prevent the unauthorized use, release, modification, or destruction of data across multiple platforms and environments. -Sets information security strategic direction for all technology platforms.-Establishes and implements the company’s information security program. -Ensures the development, testing and implementation of appropriate security plans, products and control techniques. -Identifies protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with the corporate strategic plan.-Oversees a network of security directors and vendors who safeguard the company’s assets, intellectual property and computer systems, and who ensure the physical safety of associates and visitors. -Communicates key information security strategies and processes to increase productivity and/or to reduce risk. -Proactively address the internal client community in order to consistently meet or exceed defined levels of security engineering.-Coordinates work with all vendors, contractors and consultants to maintain and enhance data security. -Manages the development and dissemination of processes involving the Internet infrastructure, including intrusion detection, incidence handling, processing, and vulnerability assessments.-Oversees the company’s information security processes and ensures high quality deliverables in the areas of administration, monitoring and auditing.-Maintains strong relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other government agencies. -Partners with outside consultants, as appropriate, for independent security audits.   Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree required. Computer Science degree preferred. Masters degree preferred but not required. · 10+ years data processing experience, or equivalent experience in the Investor Communication business vertical. · Minimum of 10 years information security experience or equivalent experience in risk mitigation, risk assessment, audit review and risk remediation. · Strong experience in mainframe, internet and network security products and platforms, including intrusion detection, incidence response, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. · Thorough understanding of security requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO Certifications and 3rd party security assessments.· Strong project management, communication and organizational skills. · Ability to market new ideas, approaches and technology to executive management. Proven ability to communicate security-related concepts to technical and non-technical associates.· Strong working knowledge of applicable laws and the law enforcement community.· Proven ability to work collaboratively across an organization.· Strong experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and contract/vendor negotiation. To Apply: Please email your resume in Word to recruiter2@broadridge.com
