My client is the largest healthcare provider in the state of Alaska and considered both an IT and business leader within the 49th state. Summary of the role and its responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing operational security leadership, management and delivery of enterprise information security. This includes the implementation and administration of policies, procedures and security plans. Specific accountabilities include providing regional management of security risk and technical security assessments; coordinating mitigation plans for existing security gaps; participating in all phases of IT planning to ensure compliance with existing and planned Enterprise Security policies; managing a “virtual team”; coordinating communication of regional security audit findings and responses thereto; responsible for regional coordination of enterprise security projects for both infrastructure and policy.
