The raid of a West Yorkshire home was filmed, leading to a 44 week imprisonment A burglar accidentally recorded evidence of his crime on his iPhone, which he was using as a torch as he stole from a house in West Yorkshire. Daily Mail reports that 23-year-old Emmanuel Jerome unintentionally pressed record when trying to use his iPhone as a torch, filming the raid with his device, which resulted in him being sentenced to 44 weeks in prison.Judge John Potter was told that Jerome still said he was innocent, despite clear evidence of the crime found on his iPhone.
