Catholic Health East, a healthcare system based in Pennsylvania with 43,000 full-time employees, has named Martin Devine as Director of Information Security. Previously Devine was Information Security Risk Manager for Independence Blue Cross; he is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Maryland Army National Guard. He has more than 20 years’ experience in information security.
