The US Department of Homeland Security has named Hugo Teufel III to the position of Chief Privacy Officer. Teufel was previously the department’s Associate General Counsel.Maureen Cooney, acting CPO for DHS, has taken a position in the privacy and information management practice at Hunton & Williams LLP.
