Iris Identification Technology (IIT) is among the hot new IDtechnologies to see implementation in the world’s cutting edge hotelsand airports. An article on SecurityInfoWatch.comreports that the Nine Zero Hotel in Boston was the first hotel to usethe system as a substitute for keys. IIT is also used for securitypurposes at airports like Amsterdam Schiphol and JFK in New York.
