The results from a recent survey conducted by Salary.com and the EthicsOfficer Association show an increase in value that ethics andcompliance officers have in today’s corporate market. Businesswirereports that the role of these positions is garnering higher salariesin a highly scrutinized national market that has withstood dozens ofhigh-profile scandals in the past five years. The survey data, whichshows a total compensation package for top global ethics and complianceexecutives approaching $750K, also noted that 79 percent of ethics andcompliance executives have a Juris Doctor or Masters Degree.
