The Electronic Privacy Information Center has filed acomplaint with the Federal Trade Commission about the information-collectionpractices of Intelligent e-Commerce Inc., whose BestPeopleSearch.com web siteadvertises the sale of phone-call records and the identities of holders ofpost-office boxes, among other things.
