Matt Tolbert has been named Information Security Officer for the University of Pittsburgh, which includes six regional campuses as well as affiliations with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center. Previously Tolbert served as Director of Technology Risk Management for Jefferson Wells International and was a Principal with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has more than ten years’ experience in information security, IT audit and regulatory compliance, and holds the CISSP and CISA certifications.
