Shamla Naidoo has been named Chief Information Security Officer and Worldwide Technology Senior Compliance Officer at Northern Trust, a financial asset servicing firm headquartered in Chicago. Previously, Naidoo served as First Vice President for Security Architecture and Compliance with ABN AMRO. She has worked in IT on three continents for the past 23 years, with more than 15 years in information security. Naidoo holds the CISSP certification in addition to a number of technical certifications, and is currently completing a JD degree with a concentration in technology and privacy law.
