Miller oversees technology security strategy and reports to Randall Bradford, Arkansas executive CIO. Most recently, Miller served as a principal consultant with Dell Technology Consulting, where he specialized in IT management. Prior to joining Dell, Miller served as a professional services practice manager for EMC Corp., and spent 16 years as an IT project manager with IBM Corp.
