Operations Manager - Job Specification

The Operations Manager reports to the CEO of the firm and is responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities including but not limited to: controlling overtime, expense operations, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals;

- Operations Manager for the company's Uniform Protective Services Division;

- Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals;

- Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and asses policies and procedures for senior management;

- Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services;

- Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans;

- Participate in capital market development including participation in meetings, analyst meetings and more;

- Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives;

- Perform post checks and fill post if needed;

- Direct and participate in training, recruiting and scheduling;

- Ability to meet aggressive timeline in a highly-dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment;

- Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills; and

- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
