Security Systems Sales Manager

Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales support operations within the company. This includes, but is not limited to, budgeting, commissions, revenue forecasts, sales productivity and performance analysis, pipeline review and analysis, opportunity database accuracy. This position will define and facilitate metrics and standard reporting. In addition, this position will facilitate meetings and general communication in sales organization as well as assist the President.
Requirements
Following established procedures and practices in analyzing situations or data in order to obtain answers
Directing and interacting with subordinates to complete assignments, present information, and review status of sales work professionally
Supervising sales force, including assigning tasks, checking work, and maintaining schedules
Ability to optimize the use of budgetary resources and obtain the confidence and trust of others
Prepare reports for senior management on sales statistics
An understanding of direct selling of security systems, cameras, monitoring, residential and commercial fire, and CC-TV systems would be nice but NOT required
Qualifications:
BS degree or the equivalent sales and marketing experience, 6 or more years of sales experience, and supervisory/managerial experience
Developed skills in organizational networking, relationship building, financial and human capital resources allocation, goal attainment and process performance, written and verbal communication company and organizational strategies sales and marketing practices and customer satisfaction
Aptitude for consultative selling, correlating business needs to produce benefits
Good presentation skills
Strong territory management and prospecting skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Team Player
Proficient on use of standard desktop computer software
