Q. How do I subscribe to e-mail newsletters?
A. Simply enter your e-mail address on the newsletter registration page and then make your selections by checking the box next to the newsletter(s) you wish to receive. After making your selections, click the "Submit" button.

Q. How do I unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters?
A. First, enter your E-mail address on the Newsletter Preference Log-in page and click the "Submit" button to view the list of newsletters you are currently receiving. Uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters that you no longer wish to receive. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page and you will then be unsubscribed.

Q. Who do I contact if I am having problems unsubscribing?
A. Please E-mail your request to online@cxo.com and include your E-mail address referenced on the bottom of your Newsletter.

Q. How do I change my E-mail Address?
A. First, enter your E-mail address on the Newsletter Preference Log-in page and click the "Submit" button. Your current e-mail address will be pre-filled on your Preferences form. Enter your new E-mail address in the box and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Q. How do I change my e-mail newsletter selections?
A. First, enter your E-mail address on the Newsletter Preference Log-in page and click the "Submit" button to view the list of newsletters you are currently receiving. Uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters that you no longer wish to receive. Check the boxes next to the newsletters you would like to receive. Then, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Q. How do I stop receiving E-mail promotions from CSO?
A. You may change your Privacy setting by first entering your E-mail address on the Newsletter Preference Log-in page and clicking the "Submit" button. Scroll to the bottom of the Newsletter Preferences page until you see the checkbox indicating that you agree to receive e-mail communications from third parties. Uncheck this box, and then click the "Submit" button.

New subscribers will automatically be brought to the Privacy settings upon selecting Newsletters and clicking the "Subscribe" button. If you have any problems, you may contact us at online@cxo.com to make these changes for you.

Q. Are Newsletters available in HTML format?
A. Yes, just check the preference when you sign up

Q. May I suspend my Newsletters if I am away on vacation?
A. Suspending e-mail newsletters is not currently an option, however you may unsubscribe and then re-subscribe when you return.

Q. I have a problem accessing one of your URL links, who do I contact?
A. Please contact us at online@cxo.com if you have any problems with links.
