CSOonline.com this week launches the beta release of a premium online program called Insider that will give you access to exclusive articles and new functions on our site as well as and sister sites in the IDG Enterprise family, including CIO.com, Computerworld.com, InfoWorld.com, ITworld.com and NetworkWorld.com.
Signing up once gives you access to the rich resources of all six sites, some of the most frequently visited IT sites on the Web. Insiders will also get access to exclusive research, executive interviews and invitations to select events.
But this is just the beginning. We will also be defining and adding new Insider features. Some of the things you can expect:
- Benchmark tools to compare where you stand on key initiatives vs. your peers.
- Exclusive research, analysis, and case studies.
- The ability to build custom news alerts that draw from all five sites.
- Simplified access to white papers.
- Gated community discussions with the reach of the collective sites.
We will also occasionally pull together collections of articles on given topics and make them available to Insiders as handy reference guides. With this launch, for example, you'll find CSO's Executive Guide to Data Loss Prevention, offering clear and simple look at the practicals of implementing DLP.
If you frequent more than one IDG Enterprise site, you won't be required to register multiple times. Once you are an Insider you have access to premium content on each site. We even provide a consolidated Insider index that lets you peruse the available content across all sites.
As with any beta release, we're looking for your feedback on features and functions you would like to see us add. Drop me a line with your thoughts and suggestions.
