Ping Identity names new CISO

Identity and access management platform provider Ping Identity has announced the appointment of Robb Reck as chief information security officer (CISO).

Reck brings extensive experience in the cloud, mobile security and financial services industries to Ping Identity. In his new role, he will reinforce and scale the company's security initiatives, accelerating new services and offerings, and expanding the team.

With 15+ years experience in technical risk assessments, IT security, compliance, systems and networking, Reck has a successful track record of managing and building information security programs across a range of industries. Most recently, he served as VP and CISO at Pulte Financial Services. Reck also currently serves as president of the Denver chapter of the Information Systems Security Association. He regularly speaks at industry events including RSA and The Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit.
