DHS names Eisensmith CISO

The US Department of Homeland Security has named Jeff Eisensmith CISO, according to Homeland Security Today.

Eisensmith was most recently CISO of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency within DHS. He has also previously held positions with BAE systems and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Bob West, the first CISO for DHS, retired at the end of last year, according to the report.
